Investor's Property Repair, LLC has been providing quality service since we opened our doors in 2007.  While IPR, LLC has only been in existence for 3 1/2 years we have been in the real estate profession since 1996.  Our advantage to helping with investment property is our personal experience with our own rental properties.  We currently own, manage and repair close to 80 units and have done so for the last 15 years.  Every day, we strive to provide you with the best property repair in the area.

We are a local company that is small enough to care yet large enough to have the tools and know how to make the necessary repairs.  At IPR, LLC we have 2 service crews that run solely for maintenance repairs.  We also have 3 crews that specialize in remodeling  both large and small projects.  With our company you have the best of both worlds - we are there for anything from changing locks to a complete home remodel. We only hire people who share our passion. That way, you know you’re being helped by people with experience.
